What Max is
Max is an AI. There is no human coach behind what he says and no medical role. Max does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If something is new, or it hurts, that is a question for a doctor, not for Max.
What Max cannot do
Max cannot see you. In the app, what he knows about your body comes from your check-ins and your sessions. On Instagram, he has not seen anyone: what he posts there is something you can check on your own body, not a statement about it.
AI processing
What you write to Max in the app is processed by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to build your coaching. Details are in the privacy policy.
Who is responsible
Every post published under Max's name is reviewed by a person at PRONAXIS before it goes out. That person is responsible for it.
